Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities
- Assist with content creation, drafting captions, repurposing assets, and uploading content using native application platforms
- Organize and maintain content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
- Monitor trends and help ideate reactive and proactive content opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft social campaigns that reflect the interests and lifestyles of our members.
- Monitor and engage with online communities across all platforms
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-aligned voice
- Establish and coordinate relationships with social media influencers to support brand-aligned campaigns and content initiatives.
- Stay current with trends, memes, and viral content to ensure relevancy across platforms
- Support the tracking and reporting of social media KPIs in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
- Use social media analytics tools to surface insights and inform future campaigns
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager, content creators, and designers to ensure consistent brand identity
- Participate in brainstorms for upcoming campaigns and launches
- Support broader marketing team initiatives across luxury brand positioning
- Source relevant updates and releases from cross-functional teams (Product, PR, Copy, etc.) to inform timely and relevant social content
- Occasionally join creative off-sites or content shoots with our Las Vegas-based team
- Support the planning and execution of social media content productions, campaign shoots, lifestyle content sessions, and brand activations
- Assist with influencer events, experiential activations, pop-ups, and branded experiences to help drive social engagement and brand awareness
- Capture and publish real-time social content during events, including behind-the-scenes footage, event highlights, and live social storytelling
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth production and event execution
- Help organize production schedules, shot lists, content capture plans, and event logistics
- Identify and capture engaging social moments and creator-generated content opportunities during activations and events
- Assist with influencer coordination, including attendance tracking, content collection, approvals, and deliverable management
- Ensure all event and activation content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and social media best practices
- Support post-event content organization, asset management, and performance reporting as needed.
