Sedgwick is hiring Service Center Representatives to manage data, set up and monitor claims, and communicate with clients and adjusters. The role involves providing excellent customer service in a bilingual environment, supporting multiple clients, and working in a fast-paced setting.
Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: $18-$21 CAD hourly
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming claims, verify information, and provide coverage forms to adjusters.
- Send fax confirmation notifications.
- Create and update claim files in client systems.
- Create initial reserves, change or close reserves, and process cheques.
- Update client systems with notes and status, review cheque status.
- Create or save documents related to communication.
- Process estimate requests and update claim statuses.
- Review and complete daily reports.
- Communicate with clients and adjusters.
- Respond to inquiries and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, college courses preferred.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support multiple clients across communication channels and systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to meet performance expectations.
