Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year
Responsibilities
- Help build processes, implement programs, and achieve results as part of the foundational recruiting team.
- Define hiring needs based on projected growth, team structure, and talent trends.
- Source and prescreen candidates, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Identify closing strategies for offers.
- Provide candidates with information to facilitate decision-making.
Requirements
- Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with a focus on impact and results.
- Experience partnering with Engineering Leaders and hiring for senior engineering roles.
- Strong ability to represent Hightouch to candidates in a competitive market.
- Proven track record of engaging qualified candidates through various channels.
- Ability to juggle multiple roles and build a consistent pipeline.
- Ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Benefits
- Salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year, location independent.
- Equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
