Salary: USD $92,153.73 - USD $174,681.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage.
• Review and translate product requirements into robust designs for distributed application systems.
• Lead design and code reviews of multiple applications.
• Lead the sprint team to deliver new or improved features.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years software programming experience with 2+ years in relevant technologies.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Java, Springboot, APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Kafka, AWS, Guidewire Policy Center.
• Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, Go, C++, JavaScript.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, databases, APIs, microservices, containerization, DevSecOps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Preferred: Cloud platform experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
