Senior Renewal Representative

The Senior Renewal Representative at Sophos is responsible for managing renewal sales, ensuring customer retention, and expanding existing customer relationships within the India market. This role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the renewal process, and collaborating with internal teams and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales goals and develop relationships with key buyers and influencers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business needs.
• Identify renewal risks and collaborate to mitigate them.
• Work with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to acquire necessary documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecast status in SFDC.
• Follow standard renewals sales processes and policies.
• Engage customers strategically and support new business sales when applicable.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in renewal account management with decision-makers in large organizations.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Prior experience in SFDC/Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to be seen as a trusted advisor to senior executives and build strategic account plans.
• Exceptional retention risk discovery, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Solid technical acumen and cybersecurity knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in selling through channel partners and team selling environment.
• Ability to manage complex customer accounts and large contract values.
