Senior Red Team Consultant

Bishop Fox is a leader in offensive security and penetration testing, serving top global companies and focusing on building a safer digital world. They are seeking experienced red team professionals to join their remote team in the US or Mexico.

Location: Remote (US or Mexico)

Responsibilities

• Running red teaming engagements, including research, profiling organizations, defining attack objectives, and crafting attack plans.
• Performing operations based on planning to achieve attack objectives through various attack paths such as network, web applications, physical, and social engineering.
• Helping customers understand their attack surface, response capabilities, and issues discovered.
• Providing tailored, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of offensive security experience supporting adversary emulation engagements (red teaming and purple teaming).
• Working knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, ChromeOS.
• Expertise in Windows Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), O365/Google Workspace, and container technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Hands-on experience with C2 frameworks like Sliver, Nighthawk, Mythic.
• Experience with custom tool and payload development, reverse engineering, evasion techniques.
• Researching and developing EDR evasion techniques.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, C/C++, PowerShell, Bash).
• Network and web protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS).
• Experience with social engineering, reconnaissance, phishing, and email security technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
