Senior Quality Engineer

Senior Quality Engineer role focused on test automation, expanding coverage in Playwright, and improving backend testing for Tellent HR. Hands-on, collaborative, with ownership and impact on product quality.

Location: Remote (Poland)

Salary: 200000-225000 PLN/year (+ VAT)

Responsibilities

• Help bring test automation strategy to life across Tellent HR, taking joint ownership and maintaining it as it grows.
• Partner with developers and fellow QE's to embed quality early, sharing domain knowledge and shaping testing practices.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software accuracy and functionality.
• Develop into a product domain expert to test, spot risks earlier, and guide quality decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on quality engineering experience, with senior-level ownership of testing for complex web applications.
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites in Playwright.
• Proficiency testing GraphQL APIs and backend services.
