Senior Production Manager - Globalize

The Senior Production Manager at Keywords Studios is responsible for developing and implementing global growth strategies for localization and QA services, managing strategic accounts, and leading initiatives to improve quality and efficiency in localization and QA efforts.

Location: Remote

Salary: CAD$100,000–$130,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Directors & Senior Production Manager peers & Globalize Client Engagement team to develop strategy & plans to increase/maintain profitability and operational footprint.
• Manage a global client footprint & program, proposing and driving actions to improve revenue and/or profitability.
• Develop and implement long-term Localization & QA strategies aligned with the company's global goals.
• Participate in high-level decision-making processes and provide insights on how Localization & QA can support business expansion and market penetration.
• Understand performance metrics and demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
• Manage strategic and complex clients and budgets, including forecasting and financial planning for Localization & QA initiatives.
• Make higher-level financial decisions to allocate resources effectively across projects and regions.
• Lead initiatives to improve Localization & QA quality and effectiveness.
• Handle complex issues and crises during Localization & QA projects.
• Perform workflow design and onboarding for Localization & QA services and technology implementations.
• Oversee production of Localization & QA projects to ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all localized & QA deliverables.
• Help team members navigate project ambiguities and problem solve.
• Coach and mentor team members, promote continuous growth.
• Plan growth paths for team members and provide feedback and performance assessments.
• Create and share production reports.
• Cooperate with Client Engagement team to quote for key projects.
• Share production data and forecasts with Finance and support structures.
• Drive adoption of new Localization & QA technologies and tools.
• Lead efforts to standardize Project Management across locations.
• Right size the team according to account and business needs.
• Ensure client documentation is up to date.
• Attend account meetings as needed.

Benefits

• The total compensation for this role is from CAD$100,000 to CAD$130,000 per year, depending on experience.
