Pion is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and optimize key consumer-facing products, including the Student Beans website, BeansID.com, and browser extension experience. The role involves driving product strategy, growth, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value for users and brand partners.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key consumer-facing products including the Student Beans website, BeansID.com, and browser extension experience, ensuring they continue to deliver value for both users and brand partners.
- Lead the ongoing growth and optimisation of SEO as a critical acquisition channel, partnering closely with the SEO content team to scale performance, improve technical SEO foundations, and strengthen visibility across traditional and AI-driven search experiences.
- Use a data-led, experimentation mindset to drive continuous discovery and product improvement, running hypothesis testing, A/B experiments, and customer research alongside delivery to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
- Lead and support a cross-functional squad by translating business and stakeholder requirements into clear product priorities, owning the backlog, facilitating squad ceremonies, and ensuring teams remain focused on delivering high-impact outcomes efficiently.
- Act as a key product leader and stakeholder partner across the business, confidently managing competing priorities, challenging scope where needed, and simplifying solutions to deliver customer value faster while representing a highly visible consumer-facing product experience.
Requirements
- You’re an experienced Product Manager with strong product discipline, a structured approach to prioritisation, and a proven ability to balance customer, commercial, and technical needs.
- You’re adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, able to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery as business priorities evolve.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can confidently communicate with senior leaders, challenge constructively when needed, and build alignment across teams.
- You’re highly data-driven and experienced in using experimentation, customer insight, and product discovery techniques to inform decisions and drive measurable impact.
- You actively embrace AI in your day-to-day work and are excited by how emerging AI tools can improve product thinking, delivery, research, experimentation, and team effectiveness beyond basic administrative tasks.
