Senior Product Designer, AI Manager Experience

Ada is an AI customer service company focused on transforming customer interactions through automation and AI technology. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance their AI Manager experience within their Dashboard, helping AI Managers train, evaluate, and deploy AI Agents across multiple channels.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 CAD

Responsibilities

• Design workflows to streamline setup and impact of AI Agents.
• Create intuitive interfaces for AI improvement and refinement.
• Make complex AI systems approachable and understandable for users.
• Balance no-code configuration with adaptive AI behavior.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather insights and iterate.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear design strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with complex, systems-driven products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Systems thinker with focus on patterns, behaviors, and modularity.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and exploring unknowns.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with focus on trust, clarity, and control.
• Collaborative communicator skilled in cross-functional teamwork.
