Senior Node.js/AWS Developer 1 (Remote, Any Location)

The role is for a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js and AWS, working on EverTeam, a cloud-based internal collaboration platform, to enhance communication and monitoring solutions for clients.

Location: Remote (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Write reusable, effective, and scalable code, preferably in JavaScript, but not limited to it
• Maintain and improve our backend systems that orchestrate various parts of the product
• Create out-of-the-box solutions to help resolve scaling challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Node.js and AWS services
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Familiar with: AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Aurora, Fargate, API Gateway), MySQL/DynamoDB, Containerization (Docker + Fargate) and CloudFormation
• An expert in fixing database performance issues, specifically those related to queries
• Knowledge in Vue.js a plus
