Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering Northern Europe

Responsibilities

• Lead, enable, and coach the Solutions Engineering team, working closely with prospects and customers to improve technical expertise.
• Manage workload distribution within the team and provide constructive feedback.
• Escalate and identify issues efficiently, working with other team leads and regional lead for coordination.
• Partner with sales leaders and drive revenue targets.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to create scalable solutions for customer needs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of pre-sales/SE experience in a reputable IT company.
• 5+ years of experience as a frontline or second level SE manager.
• Strong understanding of the Northern European (Benelux / Nordics) market.
• Proven track record of business growth and talent acquisition.
• Leadership and coaching skills, experience in managing escalations and team issues.
• Understanding of customer buying decision processes and influencing skills.
• Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS.
• Technical curiosity and passion for staying updated with industry trends.
