Responsibilities
- Lead projects and key work streams for major internal stakeholders, working closely with Sales and CS teams across geographies, using financial knowledge to shape deals and advise on pricing structures.
- Identify client value preferences and uncover associated willingness to pay, highlighting opportunities for commercial model innovation and monetization.
- Design and develop high standard competitive intelligence and pursuit support frameworks to drive collaboration across stakeholders.
- Develop close ties with Global Sales/CS teams to support complex pricing scenarios.
- Make informed decisions between Sales/CS, Delivery, and TaskUs Commercial interests to deliver optimal value for both external and internal clients.
- Lead the development of client-facing financial, business, and commercial documents, articulating deal constructs and value propositions.
- Provide insights by analyzing, demonstrating, advising, and operationalizing deal reviews and other key commercial elements.
- Challenge current pricing models to create a larger impact on the bottom line and reduce costs.
- Create awareness on various pricing approaches and share best practices across geographies.
- Develop and promote initiatives to address TaskUs priorities such as client centricity, global integration, and data and technology.
- Work closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies.
- Assess data from various sources to derive insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
- Bring diverse perspectives to explore solutions with stakeholders.
- Ensure effective execution of operational methodologies and governance.
- Analyze trends and long-term plans to identify financial implications.
- Build relationships within the organization and with internal stakeholders.
- Create an environment for sharing best practices.
- Maintain a proactive approach and extensive experience in stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Expert in MS Excel and Gsuite, capable of developing pricing tools and scenario-based analysis for revenue projections and profitability.
- Extensive experience in Pricing, Business Finance, or Operations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in collaboration, managing conflicting interests, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Experienced and resilient team player providing leadership for daily business delivery.
- Ability to exercise judgment in handling financial outflows and making decisions for business wellness.
