Senior Manager, Engineering - AI Developer Tools

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team working on AI developer tools and technology, focusing on enhancing AI workflows across local and cloud GPUs.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $272,000–$431,250/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
• Work closely with product and engineering partners to define roadmap priorities, clarify requirements, and drive technical execution
• Collaborate with cross-organization teams to agree on goals, manage dependencies, and deliver developer experiences that are coordinated
• Improve engineering efficiency through internal tools, frameworks, automation, and development guidelines
• Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards across all products and processes

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, combined with 8+ overall years of hands-on experience building and supporting AI or developer tools.
• 4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a technical environment
• Experience with Agile software development or other iterative delivery processes
• Strong software engineering skills and a working knowledge of Go, Python, and JavaScript
