Salary: $125,600—$173,900 USD

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end production of weekly virtual All Hands and high-impact in-person quarterly town halls.
• Lead change management by drafting plans that help employees understand shifting priorities.
• Define Slack architecture and norms to maintain a high-signal, high-energy community.
• Partner with leaders and executives to provide strategic communication advice.
• Create rituals that celebrate and reinforce company culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and edge.
• Strong judgment around tone and timing.
