ControlUp is a leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and develop full stack features end-to-end, utilizing AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack features end-to-end.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve development processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software development, with meaningful full stack experience.
• Strong front-end skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Back-end proficiency — Node.js or similar; REST/GraphQL API design.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools in development workflow.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, design patterns, system design.
• Proven ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
