Senior Engagement Manager

The Senior Engagement Manager at Intapp is responsible for managing client-facing projects, coordinating resources, tracking budgets, scope, and schedule, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires experience in project management within enterprise software environments and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams across Client Services to keep projects on track, on schedule, and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement.
• Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting on changes or risks, and suggesting improvements and mitigations.
• Escalate projects to management and key stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain and report on the projects pipeline.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Close out projects at completion, passing deliverables and documentation to operations.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years’ experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally with enterprise software.
• Commitment to project management career growth.
• Degree educated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling.
• Experience with project management practices and tools.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Experienced user of MS Office.
• Experience in the legal, financial or professional services sectors is beneficial.
