Senior Director Nuclear Programs

Deep Fission is a nuclear technology company developing a deep borehole pressurized water reactor. They are operating as a public company with strategic partnerships, private and public investments, and engagement with the NRC, focusing on advancing nuclear technology toward commercial deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and align corporate programs for regulatory credibility and commercial deployment.
• Ensure programs across engineering, quality assurance, procurement, construction, operations, safety, and compliance evolve coherently as the company scales.

Requirements

• Experience in nuclear program development and integration.
• Knowledge of NRC licensing and site-based operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
