Senior Director FP&A - Growth

The company develops future technologies to improve supply chains and is a leader in supply chain software solutions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Director of FP&A for growth to lead planning, analysis, and strategic insights related to revenue growth.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $150K–$175K USD

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue forecast process across all product lines and regions.
• Develop and maintain models for ARR, churn, upsell, and new bookings.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate revenue drivers and optimize growth strategies.
• Deliver revenue reporting for leadership and board.
• Monitor KPIs such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV, and recommend improvements.
• Lead and develop a global FP&A team.
• Ensure process, tools, and reporting standards are aligned globally.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
• Support strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with regional teams for revenue recognition and forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven FP&A leadership experience within SaaS or software companies.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS metrics.
• Experience managing global teams and driving regional alignment.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and FP&A tools (e.g., Oracle NSPB, NetSuite).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
