Senior Director AI/ML Innovation Strategy

Leadership role in the Global Innovation Office focused on accelerating cross-company innovation through high-impact use cases, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize opportunities, validate business value and progress prototypes to realization
• Manage the use case pipeline from inception through business handoff
• Showcase GIO innovations within Unisys and to strategic clients
• Translate progress and outcomes into an innovation story that strengthens executive communications, marketing messaging, and responses to analyst requests

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in innovation, strategy, product and/or program leadership
• Leadership experience at the intersection of technology and business
• Experience with innovation pipeline lifecycle management
• Experience with business case development and value realization
• Program leadership across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills
• Experience with the application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to business problems
• Track record of successful delivery of outcomes
