Senior Developer/Tech Lead (Java)

We’re looking for a Senior Developer/Tech Lead who thrives on solving complex technical problems and enjoys leading a team working on performance-critical systems. Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance desktop applications
• Tackle complex challenges in algorithms, data structures, and concurrency

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and multithreading
• Experience with performance optimization
• Leadership mindset or experience leading teams
