Senior CQV Schedulers

The role involves developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, including integrated master schedules and detailed CQV schedules, primarily for large-scale capital projects in the life sciences or construction sectors. The position requires interfacing with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and applying project management methodologies such as EVM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
• Consolidate contractors schedule into IMS.
• Assess impacts on critical path and near-critical activities.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances, develop corrective actions.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Review schedules regularly with project team.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances.
• Ensure schedule information credibility.
• Maintain liaison with clients and consultants.
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities.
• Develop and manage CQV schedules for life sciences projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for CQV activities.
• Monitor CQV progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation.
• Use Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling.
• Support resource planning for CQV activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Provide updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience working in a complex matrix environment.
• Expertise using Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication skills.
