Senior Business Systems Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to act as a bridge between clients, product leads, and engineering teams, with a focus on the Saudi market. The role requires technical analysis, documentation, system modeling, backlog management, and localization expertise.

Location: Remote (Offshore)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions to extract, challenge, and refine business requirements.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation including BRDs, SRS, and User Stories.
• Architect logical system flows using BPMN 2.0, Sequence Diagrams, ERDs, and Integration Mappings.
• Manage the product backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring prioritization and readiness.
• Work with QA teams to align test cases with business logic and lead UAT cycles.
• Ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, with a focus on Mobile & Web Product Development.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Expert knowledge of BPMN and tools like Visio, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Mastery of Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English skills.
• Experience with KSA digital transformation trends and regulatory environments is a plus.
