Responsibilities

• Influence the product roadmap and personal career objectives.
• Work with the team to deliver new features and iterate based on results.
• Drive projects from ideation to customer deployment.
• Contribute to open-source projects beyond immediate team scope.
• Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems ensuring reliability, performance, and availability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and own the services you run.
• Mentor and support team members, participate in design discussions, collaborate.
• Learn new skills related to cloud products, customer needs, and large distributed systems.

Requirements

• Motivated self-starter with a bias towards action.
• Customer-focused with a passion for creating intuitive products.
• Pragmatic problem solver capable of breaking down complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go preferred, familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust is a plus).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements to shipping.
• Experience with cloud-based software development or systems engineering.
• Ability to write clean, robust, and performant software.
