Security Operations Engineer I (Weekend Shift)

The Security Operations Engineer will work with the Cloud and Delivery team to build Security Design and Architecture, Compliance, Threat and Vulnerability Management, and Penetration Testing. They will be responsible for maintaining operation of the environment in accordance with service level agreements and providing support to staff and customers.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage tools, configuration, administration, and processes around Security Information and Event Management.
• Perform regular firewall audits, provide documentation, and follow up on issues.
• Handle vulnerability scanning and external port scanning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year Linux command line interface knowledge.
• Minimum of 1 year knowledge of IT security principles, techniques, and technologies.
