SAP Billing FICA WM CRM Consultant

Accenture is seeking professionals with experience in SAP modules such as Billing, FICA, CRM, and WM for the utilities sector, to work on transforming and expanding business processes using the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Billing, FICA, CRM, and WM modules for commercial cycles in utilities (Electricity, Water/Sanitation, Gas).
• Experience in processes involving customer service, meter to cash, collection, field services, loss prevention, among others.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions in SAP IS-U and other legacy systems, including requirements discussion, detailed design, development/configuration, testing, and deployment.
