Retirement Plan Consultant - Ft Wayne, IN

The Retirement Plan Consultant at Corebridge Financial provides objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees regarding retirement savings plans, with responsibilities including conducting presentations, participating in benefit fairs, and educating employees about plan participation. Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
