Remote Order Verification Pharmacist-Onsite-Pharmacy

The Remote Order Verification Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate and timely clinical review of medication orders in a virtual environment, ensuring safe medication use, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care by verifying orders, resolving medication related issues, and collaborating with healthcare teams through secure digital platforms.

Location: Remote from a Kettering facility, serving southwest Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely clinical review of medication orders in a virtual environment.
• Verify medication orders for safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active State of Ohio pharmacist license.
• Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
