Regional Manager

Article Student Living is hiring a Regional Manager for their Student Housing team, responsible for overseeing operations, leasing, marketing, and staff across properties with regional travel. The role involves leadership, financial management, and strategic planning to ensure high resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110K-$115K plus annual bonus

Responsibilities

• Hire and train full-time teams, provide leadership and support
• Partner with training and support teams for onboarding
• Ensure team communication and performance management
• Achieve net operating income goals, develop budgets, and monitor financials
• Provide regular financial reporting and manage deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices
• Lead leasing and marketing activities, analyze trends, and ensure brand standards
• Address resident concerns and collaborate on maintenance and capital projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in student housing property management
• Knowledge of student living property management industry and business operations
• Regional or Area Management experience preferred
• Experience with both new development lease-ups and current properties
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to manage a remote team

Additional Information

• This is a remote position with 35%-50% travel.
• Must live within one hour of a major airport.
• The role reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
• The pay range is $110K-$115K, plus an annual bonus.
