Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PA License - PMHNP

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $155,000—$165,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management.
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for integrated care.
• Educate and empower families about mental health and treatment options.
• Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant records and oversee diagnostic testing.

Requirements

• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during peak after-school hours (after 4 pm ET or weekends).
• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• At least two years of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure.
• Experience working with children and adolescents aged 2 and above.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority.
