Project Manager (Temporary Replacement 3 Months)

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Project Manager to temporarily manage two ongoing projects during a colleague’s leave of absence, including onboarding and transition periods. The role involves working closely with teams in Salt Lake City, with a focus on effective collaboration and project oversight.

Location: Remote (Salt Lake City time zone preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate project timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Provide ongoing status updates and documentation
• Foster team collaboration and stakeholder transparency

Requirements

• Proven track record in project management with experience overseeing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• PMP Certification
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, budget control, and reporting (LBE, timeline, risks)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and methodologies
• Experience managing transitions between project leads

• Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours

• Technical Skills and Requirements: Proven track record, PMP Certification, familiarity with KPI tracking, budget control, and reporting, adaptability, transition management experience
• Objectives and Deliverables: Understand project management methodology, ensure smooth handover, organize meetings, track progress, identify risks, report status, track success factors, participate in team meetings
• Key Responsibilities: Manage timelines, budgets, KPIs, cross-functional teams, provide updates, foster collaboration
• Assets: Experience in international or remote teams, familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries, bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus
