Makersite is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects related to system connections with customers, focusing on sustainability and digital transformation in manufacturing.
Location: EU (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with customers, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Maintain and update project plans, proactively managing risks.
- Ensure the availability of expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, deliver project updates, and resolve issues.
- Contribute to standardization of project methodologies and templates.
- Generate project documentation outlining goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Handle customer communication across projects, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Requirements
- Master's degree in project management or related technical field.
- Background in Electronics/Electricals.
- Professional Project Management Certification preferred.
- Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
- Experience with complex data projects.
- Proficiency with software tools and data analysis.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity for disruptive solutions.
- Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
