Programmeur(euse) FullStack Angular / C# .NET Core - Azure

TEHORA is seeking a FullStack Angular / C# .NET Core developer to maintain and evolve a modern cloud-based platform for a public sector client in Quebec. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components, microservices, APIs, and participating in DevOps practices.

Location: Remote (Quebec, Canada)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve Angular front-end components.
• Design, develop, and maintain C# and .NET Core back-end services.
• Participate in the evolution of microservices, REST APIs, and application integrations.
• Contribute to deployment and integration in an Azure environment.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and bug fixes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Document code, technical decisions, and components.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, analysts, architects, and developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in information resources.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cloud computing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Angular development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in C# and .NET Core development.
• Recent experience in developing or maintaining an application platform.
• Significant participation in comparable projects.
• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git or equivalent version control.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integrated testing, secure development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile collaboration.
• Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Azure Application Insights, Azure Key Vault, Azure B2C / MSAL.
• Knowledge of Cosmos DB, NoSQL distributed databases, or graph databases.
• Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar distributed search engines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Bicep, ARM, Terraform.
• Experience with NgRx Angular.
