Product Support Engineer

AcuityMD is seeking a Product Support Engineer to support their healthcare data products, build their AI context layer, and serve as an internal healthcare data expert. The role involves collaborating with engineering, supporting commercial teams, and helping develop data explainability tools.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $130K–$180K/yr

Responsibilities

• Support commercial teams by answering complex data questions and explaining datasets and their limitations.
• Collaborate with engineering to build the AI data context layer and evaluation frameworks.
• Help develop tooling for data explainability.

Requirements

• 4+ years working in healthcare data products.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn, or strong Excel analysis skills.
• Technical writing experience.
