Product Manager (Agile Delivery & Roadmap Execution)

A Fractional Product Manager role working directly with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable work.

Location: Romania

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connective tissue between the Head of Product and Behavioral Science, UX, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams — keeping delivery moving, removing blockers, and ensuring the right things get built the right way.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally in health tech, wellness, or consumer digital products
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive execution without heavy oversight
• Strong command of agile delivery — sprint planning, story writing, backlog management, and release coordination
• Excellent written communication and async collaboration skills; you default to clarity
• Hands-on experience with Linear, Figma, and Slack
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and science stakeholders simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of shipping high-quality product on time
