Principal Product Manager, Groups Connectivity

Engine is transforming business travel into a personalized, rewarding, and simple experience by building a platform that combines corporate travel, a charge card, and spend management. They are seeking mission-driven individuals to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel.

Salary: $206,000–$285,100 USD

Responsibilities

• Own the connectivity roadmap: Define and drive the strategy for how Engine integrates with hotel supply at scale.
• Drive hotel response rate to zero friction: Build product strategies and integrations to improve hotel response rates.
• Architect platform-level thinking: Design connectivity infrastructure supporting internal workflows and potential B2B API offerings.
• Lead cross-functional alignment: Partner with various teams and external supply partners to surface bottlenecks and ship solutions.
• Bring AI into the mix: Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate cycle times and reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with experience building platform or connectivity products at scale.
• Background working with APIs, integrations, or supply-side infrastructure preferred.
• Comfortable in technical discussions with engineers and external partners.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define problems clearly.
• Experience in building business cases, roadmaps, and managing supplier relationships.
