Principal Product Designer (Remote Friendly)

A venture studio seeking a collaborative product designer to shape user experiences, design systems, and support early-stage startups, with opportunities for equity sharing and growth.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze user research to gather insights and identify pain points.
• Define and communicate product design vision and architecture.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile.
• Establish brand identity, design visual interfaces, and maintain style guides and design systems.
• Support recruiting efforts for in-house design roles.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, especially in B2B SaaS and/or AI products.
• Proven ability to design and improve products using user feedback and data insights.
• Portfolio showcasing visual design, complex systems, and user-centric approaches.
• Experience with building new products from scratch, even within larger organizations.
• Passion for startups and entrepreneurial environments.
