Assist guests with arrival and departure, provide exceptional service, and create memorable experiences as a Porter / Concierge. Greet guests warmly, share knowledge about Melbourne, and handle enquiries, luggage, and valet duties.

Requirements

• Victorian full drivers license is essential
• Energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
• Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work across a 7 day roster - evenings, mornings and weekends
