Peer/Record Review Quality Analyst

The Peer / Record Review Quality Analyst manages the medical file review process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. They communicate with clients, reviewers, and physicians to facilitate quality peer reviews.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Review reports accompanying medical records to ensure completeness and that client questions are addressed.
• Follow up with reviewers and clients for clarifications.
• Update clients on referral progress.
• Ensure reports are grammatically correct and adhere to QA checklist.
• Format reports for approval.
• Communicate clearly with customers, reviewers, and operations team.
• Confidently speak with physicians and clients regarding peer reviews.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
• Experience with technology-based processes in a business environment.
