Partner Solutions Engineer

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with Partner SEs, Partner PMs, Partner alliance leadership, and Partner Sales at top ISV and SI partners.
• Build and deliver custom demos, hands-on labs, reference architectures, and joint solution content.
• Run enablement and certification sessions for partner SEs and AEs.
• Provide deal-level technical support alongside partner sales managers.
• Package industry-specific joint solutions with partner industry principals and field CTOs.
• Maintain current certifications on Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
• Translate partner technical feedback into prioritized input for product development.
• Project-manage partner-driven roadmap items from problem statement to launch.
• Identify integration gaps and joint-solution opportunities.
• Partner with Partner Marketing on launch motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture at or above the level of an Enterprise SE.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and at least one of Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Track record of influencing revenue, adoption, or product direction through partners.
• Ability to build trust with senior technical stakeholders at large ISVs.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
• High agency, strong ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Benefits

• On-Target Earnings Range: $180,000-$220,000 annually.
• Base Salary Range: $126,000-$154,000 annually.
