A NiCE Partner Acceleration Executive is responsible for developing and scaling strategic partner relationships with Global System Integrators, building new partner recruitment strategies, and coordinating cross-functional resources to align partner activities with NiCE's channel strategies.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage relationships within NiCE's partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives, revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion.
- Architect GSI multivendor solutions ensuring subsystem integration.
- Collaborate with NiCE Partner Alliance Leaders on partnership growth initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with GSI partner executives, sales, and client account teams.
- Lead training and enablement for partners on NiCE products, services, and Go-To Market strategies.
- Scale partner sales activities, including pipeline generation and management.
- Engage with clients onsite to establish use cases and quantify value.
- Conduct value-oriented conversations with leadership, architects, and business users.
Requirements
- Expert level GSI account management and global systems integration methods.
- Expert level account management of clients using hardware, software, networking, and storage products.
- 5+ years working with GSI partner channel sales.
- 10+ years working in partner sales and at least 3 years in a specialized vertical requiring sub-integration of global systems.
- Proven track record in value consulting selling.
