Onboarding Coordinator

The Onboarding Coordinator at AnewHealth is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and monitoring assessment schedules for prospective patients, serving as the first point of contact and education for new patients to ensure successful onboarding and positive first impressions.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Call on prospective patients daily and schedule them for assessments with Onboarding Specialists.
  • Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources.
  • Achieve daily and weekly goals for assessments scheduled.
  • Communicate effectively with patients.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain contact with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and internal associates.
  • Place scheduled assessments on the Onboarding Specialist calendar.
  • Document all calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce.
  • Create positive first impressions of AnewHealth/ExactCare.
  • Monitor and track daily assessments, assemble marketing materials, and conduct quality assurance calls.
  • Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Embodies AnewHealth’s Core Values in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
  • Preferred: outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience, including cold calling.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, healthcare products, and industry (preferred).
  • Energetic yet compassionate phone skills.
  • Great problem-solving ability.
  • Highly motivational with persuasion skills.
  • Ability to stay organized.
  • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, presentation).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce or similar software.
  • Passion to help people and enrich their lives.

Additional Information

  • This is a remote position.
  • Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with availability outside normal hours as needed.
  • Position involves physical demands such as hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, walking.
  • Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within the territory.
  • May require extended hours.
