Offerings Director - AI

The Offering Leader is an executive role responsible for the company's AI offering portfolio, acting as a General Manager with full accountability for business outcomes, strategy, performance, lifecycle, partner ecosystem, and financial results, ensuring offerings are scalable and aligned with the company's product lifecycle framework.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of the offering portfolio, including revenue, margin, adoption, and lifecycle outcomes
• Define and execute multi-year portfolio strategy aligned to company growth priorities and market direction

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in product, offerings, or portfolio leadership roles
• Proven track record of owning P&L and scaling technology or services portfolios
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and cost-to-serve optimization
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant experience
