Nonprofit Director - Program Specialist

Salary: $50–$100/hour

Responsibilities

• Design LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs for nonprofit and community programs.
• Develop rubric style tasks to assess the effectiveness of philanthropy initiatives.
• Collaborate with philanthropy professionals to enhance program delivery and impact.
• Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure alignment with community objectives.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in nonprofit, community, and philanthropy sectors.
• Proficiency in designing LLM prompts and evaluating model outputs.
• Familiarity with rubric style tasks through Mercor.
