A part-time Marketing Assistant role for a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation. The role involves supporting marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and producing content to support brand growth.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management – Schedule, post, and monitor content across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility. Online customer relationship management and community engagement.
Content Creation – Design and edit short-form and long-form content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects.
Email Marketing – Assist with creating, formatting, and sending email campaigns, newsletters, and automations.
Website Support – Update website content, assist with basic site development, and optimize for user experience.
Copywriting – Write engaging and clear copy for social posts, ads, emails, and website content.
Campaign Assistance – Support in planning, organizing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns.
Administrative Support – Help with reporting, research, and other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with content editing software (CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, or similar).
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Familiarity with website development (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
