Salary: $83,200 - $99,000
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes including compensation updates, stipends, and leave tracking.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, employee support, and vendor coordination.
- Support administration of absence and leave programs, ensuring compliance.
- Manage relationships with People Operations vendors, including communication, invoicing, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate invoices, billing, and expense tracking.
- Support compliance-related administrative processes such as background checks and training.
- Support the AskTalent intake process, serving as the primary contact for employee and manager inquiries.
- Respond to routine inquiries and triage complex requests.
- Support administration of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee data, records, and documentation.
- Assist with system audits, data validation, and reporting.
- Support development of HR reports and dashboards.
- Maintain HR documentation, knowledge management systems, and staff-facing materials.
- Develop and update guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Coordinate meetings and support key talent processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of talent operations, customer service, and payroll support.
- HR expertise and knowledge of employment laws across multiple territories.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and advising them.
- Experience using HR systems (ADP, workforce, ATS, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and service-driven skills.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, exempt role.
