Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a remote mental health therapist to join their clinical team, providing teletherapy to healthcare professionals and addressing their mental health challenges.

Location: Remote

Salary: $120k–$160k

Responsibilities

Provide therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and first responders via telehealth.

Requirements

Dual licensed clinician with independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.
License in one of these states: CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, WV.
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults.
Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders.
Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week.
Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes.
Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method.
Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care.
