Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-Time)

Part-time Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts to support Fortune 500 clients, providing legal advice, drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.

Requirements

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
