The Specialist, Learning & Development supports the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent initiatives for Holistic Health at Nestlé Health Science. This remote role involves managing LMS, developing programs, and leveraging digital tools to enhance organizational capability and employee development.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $70,000–$85,000/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support L&OD team to operationalize and execute the Holistic Health L&OD strategy and annual operating plan.
  • Implement governance, standards, and measurement for learning and development solutions.
  • Manage the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for Holistic Health.
  • Coordinate LMS administration with affiliates for compliance training.
  • Maintain records of transactions, collaterals, and materials.
  • Provide LMS support, troubleshoot issues, and research resolutions.
  • Prepare and share learning metrics and recommend program changes.
  • Design, create, and execute functional learning programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for talent and performance management programming.
  • Support development and implementation of special programs like mentorship and internships.
  • Rollout and implement compliance and essential training programs.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and digital platforms to design innovative training solutions.
  • Utilize digital collaboration and data management platforms for resources, feedback, and metrics.
  • Create engaging learner experiences using interactive and self-directed learning technologies.
  • Support compliance, systems, and budget management.
  • Ensure learning processes comply with policies and regulations.
  • Support enterprise-wide compliance training programs, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering LMS in a corporate environment.
  • Support of enterprise programs and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing LMS platforms, including user administration, course assignment, reporting, troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS a plus.
  • Fluent in AI and digital fluency.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel), Microsoft Co-Pilot, Forms.
  • Experience producing content for mobile, social, and collaborative learning environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business units and independently.
  • Proficiency with eLearning technologies, platforms, SCORM content, virtual learning tools.
  • Experience analyzing training reports, compliance metrics, learning analytics.

Additional Information

  • Approximate pay range: $70,000 to $85,000.
  • Position is remote with travel to offices in Bridgewater, NJ, and Long Island, NY.
