Learning Content Designer

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Design and build digital learning experiences for Industrial Science education that engage, challenge, and transfer into the workplace.
• Work alongside Subject Matter Experts and Product Managers to turn complex science and technical knowledge into structured, engaging digital learning.
• Design scalable, repeatable digital learning experiences such as e-learning and teaching aids that grow with the business and deliver impact.
• Use technology, creativity, and learning science to bring content to life, experimenting with tools, AI, and new approaches.

Requirements

• Right attitude and aptitude for learning design.
• Ability to work independently and own the full process from shaping requirements to building and iterating learning.
• Curious and eager to learn new tools, technologies, especially AI.
• Commercial mindset to design impactful, scalable learning experiences.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confident in using technology to build and improve learning.
• Open to feedback and committed to quality and impact.
